Steel Pipe 3LPE Coating Plant

The Steel Pipe 3LPE Coating Plant is a production line designed and applied to manufacture anticorrosive coating to the steel pipe used for transporting oil, gas, water and etc. It belongs to a technique that integrates FBE in North America and protective PE layer in Europe and has been improved with our own technique. The coating produced by the plant varies as single-layer (FBE), double-layer (adhesive and PE) and triple-layer (FBE, adhesive and PE).

This production line mainly consists of pipe conveyer system, pipe heating system, pipe surface treatment system, pipe dust removing system, electrostatic spraying system, extruding and coating system, water cooling system, end cutting system,  hydraulic pressure and pneumatic system, inspection and test system and an electric control system.
